Payment
We accept payment by Visa Debit,Visa Credit, and Mastercard.
Our secure payment gateway provider and your transaction will be processed by Paypal. If you prefer to order over the telephone, we can accept payment by any of the above credit/debit cards.

For on-line credit card payment, our order form is processed on a secure server. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. When you go to our order form you should see locked padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. The full information will be accessible only to the card processor and not to us

We are not aware of any case of credit card fraud ever having occurred as a result of using a card via this secure server. However, if you would prefer not to use the on-line payment facility, give us a call during opening hours when we will be happy to help with your order or enquiry.

Delivery
The following postal charges will be added on automatically when ordering.
Mainland U.K. 1st Class Royal Mail. £3.50 for goods £0-£30, £4.00 for goods £30-£60, £5.00 for goods over the value of £60. All orders are normally processed within 1-2 working day. Any orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Confirmation of your order
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail ‘pre-confirmation’ of the order with an order number. This number allows you to check your order status and should be quoted in any enquiry.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card, which you are using is your own, that you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the cost of your purchase. If you are in breach of the above, you may also be in breach of the law. We have the right to decline any orders.

Where applicable, all prices shown include VAT at the current rate.

Return Policy
If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it, undamaged and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement, less any postage paid in delivering the goods by us.

Customers are responsible for return carriage costs.

Refunds will be credited back to the card account of the purchaser. Please return the item to Rival Clothing at the address given on our ‘contacts’ page, together with a copy of your confirmation e-mail.

Carriage charges are non- refundable under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty or have been sent wrongly by us.

Exchanges
Should your items need to be changed for a different size. Please re-order the correct size on our website and return the items not required to the address on our contacts page. Please put a note requesting a refund together with a copy of the confirmation email received when ordering, or the invoice sent to you with the goods. We will then be able to deal with the refund quickly and efficiently.
